It’s a gloomy morning up in the Midlands, where you find yourself held at Stechford on a pathing stop having brought 66315 from East Midlands Gateway earlier this morning, working the 4L24 intermodal to London Gateway. You are booked as far as Bletchley where your colleague will take the train forward. Although it’s fairly early in the morning, a couple of minor delays may not make it the most straightforward of runs.
