You are booked to work this one all the way up to the capital, before being relieved for the afternoon.

Part 2 of this scenario is resource-intensive, particularly around Leeds. To mitigate loading dumps, you must run the included “1A19 Part 2 Preload” standard scenario first, allowing the game to load up the dense Leeds area tiles and ensure stable performance. Any further issues, consider lowering your graphics settings.

This scenario has also been designed and tested with the AP Sky & Weather Enhancement Pack 2.0, AP Cloud Enhancement Pack and ChiefJack’s AP Sky Accurate Time of Day patch in-mind. Having these installed will provide the most accurate clouds/weather and lighting conditions as of the date/time the scenario is set.
CHANGELOG (01/01/2026)
– Corrected orientations of LNER InterCity 225s and Azumas.
– Fixed a derailment issue involving 2P42 at Leeds in the beginning of Part 2.
– Fixed a derailment issue involving 1D12 around Doncaster in Part 2.
– Static consists have been removed from Hornsey Depot, improving performance in the London area. The Class 379 GN (ex-GA) reskin is hence no longer a requirement.

Not sure if it is just me but the consist is still the wrong way round at Bradford with the Class 91 on the back of the train on the blocks.
I did have the original version of this scenario which I deleted fully and then reinstalled the new version (twice) but still the same.
Part 2 I haven’t managed to load yet as it bombed out on me even when running the pre-load first so I will give this another try later but thought I would just mention it in case anyone else reported it.
Yes my bad! Think I forgot to Copy+Paste the updated version of Part 1 from my own Railworks folder into the download folder. Should now be fixed! Apologies!
As for your issues with Part 2, I’m not 100% sure on that one. My best bet would be to completely remove the scenario from your system (though you may need to make note of and manually hunt through the route folders to find it), then redownload again…see if that does anything?
Thanks for this. Both parts have run flawlessly. I think my initial issue with Part 2 was down to me not flying around Leeds enough in the pre-load. All good now though and scenarios successfully completed.
