Welcome

This scenario has been created for use with the enhanced free WCML South Route Upgrade, available via Train Sim Community. The Train Simulator Classic route WCML South – London to Birmingham & Northampton Loop is required as a standard prerequisite.

Scenario Overview

Description:
Take charge of a 1990s-style InterCity HST working departing London Euston at approximately 09:00, calling at Watford Junction, Milton Keynes Central, and Nuneaton railway station before continuing via Crewe railway station to Llandudno for the Transport Festival. An optional extension runs via Llandudno Junction railway station to Holyhead and return, ahead of the early evening departure back to Euston, arriving at approximately 22:00.

With planned engineering works across the network, expect a reduced service compared to the normal timetable. Today’s formation is worked by 43159 in Midland Mainline livery leading, with 43025 in InterCity colours on the rear, hauling a six-coach set for this special railtour.
