Today you have been booked to work the outward run of 1Z55 08:44 Carnforth – Carlisle / ‘The Lune Rivers Trust’; with a bit of unusual traction up front. Due to the unavailibility of a steam locomotive that has the airpump fitted to work the MK2s, 2 of WCRC 33s have been booked to work the outward run instead, with 45212, which is waiting up in Carlisle having arrived from Fort William working the return journey via the Cumbrian Coast. 47760 is also on the rear today and will remain with the train throughout the day. There is points failure at Carnforth to look out for this morning as well. Year=2024
