Briefing

Late 2011 saw 4 class 156s move from Northern Rail to East Midlands Trains. The units (470, 473, 497 and 498) did not receive the East Midlands Trains branding immediately, with the units only carrying the EMT branding for their first few months with their new TOC. By mid-2012 the units had headed north to Neville Hill and received the EMT livery. Shortly before it too headed north, you join 156470 shortly before departure from Crewe on 1K10 and will work the train as far as Stoke-on-Trent, calling at all stations along the way. Year = 2012
