On the 27th September 2025 the line between Romsey and Southampton Central was closed. Due to this GWR service from Portsmouth to Bristol went via Eastleigh and Chandlers Ford to get to Romsey meanwhile SWR Romsey Loop services ran as a shuttle service between Salisbury and Romsey. Drive one of these services from Salisbury to Romsey and then do an ECS move to swap platforms.
