[JC] Readme Generation Tool

This is the Readme Generator.

Its as the name suggests, a program to easily make a Readme.txt file with links to addons included.

I always hated having to hunt down the links for the addons i use when making a scenario, So i made a program to do it for me. Its internal Database is user updatable, meaning you can add new addons to it yourself.

A manual is included on how to use it.
