GBRf 37/4 & /6’s + GBRf/NSE 66 (GBRf fictional livery mini pack)
10th January 2021This is a ‘mini’ pack of sorts featuring completely fictitious locomotives for GBRf, including a GB Railfreight (Rail Services) liveried Class 37/4 (and /6) as well as a Network Southeast (with GBRf Branding) Class 66. I hope you like what this has to offer, even though I doubt it will ever become reality – never say never though 😉
Requirements include:
(Class 66 Only)
Train Simulator: EWS Class 66 V2.0 (Steam)
Armstrong Powerhouse Class 66 Enhancement Pack
James Ivell Class 66 LED Headlights (Alan Thompson Sim).
(Class 37 Only)
Armstrong Powerhouse Class 37 Locomotive Pack Vol. 1 (Volume 2 shouldn’t be required as no /0).
For the 37/6 you’ll need Cynx’s Stuff’s excellent AP Class 37 – WIPAC Patch (On cynxs-stuff website under ‘Misc’).
Hopefully, all being well, they should be everything needed for these reskins, enjoy them 🙂
I followed the readme instructions, however the class 66 numbers are orange instead of white and just say 43210 instead of an actual 66 number, and idea what I could have missed?
Is that when actually driving it, or when showing the 66 on the Quick Drive Consist Creator?

I’ll look into your suggestion however my list of thing to do is moderately long at present. I agree though it wouldn’t look half bad – especially with the Charity Railtours Logo.

Only thing though, would you want it like a 91 or 43 with only one ‘swoosh’ leading to a full red end, or make it symmetrical?
Hmm, i never thought about that! That is up to you, whichever looks better, probably symentrical with it having two same shaped cabs. It’s ficticious, so artistic license prevails! Ha ha ha.

Indeed I did, annoyingly it is a moderately annoying one to reskin due to the ends essentially having to be the same. Also have some other projects going on as well 😉 Hopefully will be able to continue on it this weekend.

Ah right, apologies it has been so long, my train sim decided to play up so I am in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling everything. From last time I recall working on it, it was going alright – quite different to a 91 though!

I must admit the GBRF 37 looks worryingly really good and the NSE 66 isn’t bad try and do an NSE class 37 or NSE 67 they would both look good carrying NSE colours – Tom

I respect your opinion on not liking it but I definitely wouldn’t describe it as a ‘joke’, was purely to see what it would look like. And when I finished I thought I might as well upload it with the 66 as just something people can have if they want, better to keep the pair of fictitious liveries together in one mini pack than upload them separately.
