This is a scenario of real-life working of 1Q41 1311 Derby to Chester Test Train that runs certain days on the Midland Mainline. You join a Class 37 with a network rail crew onboard at their Headquarters at Derby. You’ll be taking the train to Buxton via Chesterfield, Hope Valley and Peak Forest Quarry before you arrive at the sidings at Buxton where another driver will then takeover to work the train further towards Chester.
Length: 90-100minutes.
