This scenario will take approximately 135 minutes (2hrs 15m) to complete

(Class 43 Valenta) Clagging Up The Port Road

In this journey you will be taking charge of the 14:05 express service from Carlisle to Stranraer Harbour. You will be calling at Dumfries, Castle Douglas, and Newton Stewart along the way. There is a lot of traffic on the line, though due to you being an express service you should have priority, just watch the signals as AWS is not functioning and there will at times be traffic ahead of you.

This journey is an entirely fictional representation of what could have been had the Port Road route been open in the mid – late 1980’s.
