Class 142 Northern Dot Matrix Destinations

This small update, albeit 8 hours of hard graft from start to finish, replaces the default dot matrix destination displays (both internal and external) for the AP/Waggonz Class 142 Pacer in Northern livery. The texture map has been resized to a much bigger size, giving a very high quality resolution and appearance within Train Simulator.
The numbering for each destination has been redone and will NOT match the original assignments that are listed in the manual by AP/Waggonz. There is also a whole heap of newer destinations now available for selection, which were not previously included with this original product.
