In this scenario, take 91029 Queen Elizabeth II with Mk4 set BN06 from Bradford Forster Square through to Leeds on the first GNER service to London from Bradford of the day, calling only at Shipley. Departing Bradford at 06:33, you should have a largely clear run over the Aire Valley, with the sunrise hopefully peeking over the hills, but remain alert on the approach to Leeds where traffic levels can increase.
