Just FYI it’s not allowed to reupload content that isn’t yours unless you had permission to, even if it’s freeware.
There’s nothing in the included documentation that prohibits redistribution. If there was, I’d not have uploaded it.
In any case, it’s been reuploaded elsewhere anyway – and I was just trying to help someone find a requirement that’s not been easily available since UKTS went to the wall – and not everyone has every single add-on – that’s all.
It’s a general rule of thumb and still falls under copyright policies, even if someone else has done it.

Regardless the link you shared is not your work to distribute. You need the authors permission freeware or not you don’t own the rights to it.
