From the Humber in the east to the Mersey in the west, cutting through the heart of the Peak District and connecting the cities of Doncaster, Sheffield, Manchester and Liverpool, the South TPE route is a vital rail corridor across northern England.

TransPennine Express currently operates a single hourly service along this route, from Cleethorpes to Liverpool Lime Street, a run which takes just over three hours on a good day. Today, at the controls of 185116 and 185121, you will be making that run.

This is a 220-minute scenario covering the entire South TPE route from Cleethorpes to Liverpool Lime Street in four parts, as follows:

Part 1 – 80 minutes, South TPE by Fuller Simulations

Part 2 – 35 minutes, South TPE by Fuller Simulations

Part 3 – 55 minutes, Just Trains Midland Main Line + Hope Valley extension

Part 4 – 50 minutes, Liverpool to Manchester Revamped by Joethefish
