Hello and thank you for downloading this 95 minute scenario for the South Wales Mainline route.

To install this scenario, you’ll simply need to copy the ‘Content’ folder into ‘Railworks’.

This is a ‘Standard’ scenario and is named (WVC) 6B10 04:45 Didcot Power Station – Margam TC.

 

Scenario summary

For many years trains of heated fuel oil were sent out from Llandarcy refinery near Swansea to various industrial plants. Today you’re in charge of returning a rake of empty tank wagons to Margam yard where they’ll be stabled before eventual tripping back to the refinery. You pick up the journey at Patchway, where you’re waiting to join the mainline towards the Severn Tunnel and will work through to Margam Knuckle yard. The maximum speed on this run is 60mph.
