DESCRIPTION: A cloudy summer lunchtime finds the Midland Pullman on the move across the Pennines as 5Z42, positioning from Crewe to Neville Hill ahead of tomorrow’s railtour to Oban. Having already covered much of the journey, your HST is now approaching the final stretch between Stalybridge and Leeds. With no passengers aboard and the Highlands still a day away, today’s task is simply to get the iconic blue set across the hills into Yorkshire. Year: 2023
