Hi, and thank you for downloading this scenario.
To install, simply copy the enclosed ‘Content’ folder to your Railworks folder. This is a ‘Standard’ scenario and is named “[MJC] 5W78 05+20 Corkerhill CSMD – Landore TMD”

Summary
Landore depot in Swansea has ended its long association with the High Speed Train. Happily, in Summer 2019 it was announced that Chrysalis Rail were taking on the site to overhaul rolling stock. The first train to be given attention was Scotrail 156509, which ran empty under its own power all the way from Corkerhill depot in Glasgow on Monday 5th August. In this scenario, you are driving this unit on the last leg of its journey, between Newport and Landore.

Scenario run-through
This scenario should last around 80 minutes. You begin held at a red signal at Maindee North Junction, awaiting a path through Newport station. From here, all the way to Swansea you will be following 1B28 11.45 London Paddington to Swansea IET. Cardiff Central is busy at most times of day and this is no exception, with lots of movements taking place. After Cardiff, some of the signal sections are quite long, so you may find yourself cathing up then losing the IET.

I do hope you enjoy this scenario.
