DESCRIPTION: Sunday mornings on the Midland Main Line are rarely straightforward, but today really is a double whammy. Engineering work has completely severed the line between Kettering and Corby, while separate overhead line maintenance means there’s no juice available for the usual Class 360s. Today you take charge of 5H97, an ECS working from Cricklewood to Bedford to form the 2nd southbound shuttle departure of the day. Year: 2024
