On a wet autumn morning in 2018 you’re in charge of 5A40 the empty stock from last nights sleeper to Reading Traincare Depot it’s new home due to the closure of Old Oak. As you’re booked on the relief you’ll be following a stopper for most of the journey but a fault with the set has taken a lot of the dwell time out of the working so you shouldn’t be waiting around that much. Please note this is a scenario for the Western Mainlines Electrification Project not the original JT route.
