2J27 London Bridge – Caterham

2J27 London Bridge – Caterham

23rd September 2025 2 By Ryan11223344

On September 4th 2022, services on the Caterham branch were halved, with slower trains via Tulse Hill being curtailed at East Croydon. This has remained unchanged up until the present day with the only way to catch this service being on Sundays when the London Bridge to East Croydon trains are once again extended to Caterham.

You must drive this 10 car 377/6 from London Bridge to Kenley via Tulse Hill calling at all stations.  Your train will divide at Purley with the rear five coaches forming the Tattenham Corner shuttle. Additionally, London Victoria is closed due to weekend engineering works so all traffic has been diverted to London Bridge.

Known issues/inaccuracies:

  • Due to this route using the old London Bridge station model, your 10 car train overhangs beyond the signal on your starting platform. Your route has been safeguarded and you may leave as soon as the doors close.
  • There was an issue with an AI train leaving the path soon after you arrive at East Croydon. This scenario has been play tested twice since then and the problem could not be replicated. It’s recommended that you save the game on arrival at East Croydon just in case.
  • You may have to manually set the points towards Kenley after leaving Purley. Failure to do this could result in your train proceeding down the Tattenham Corner branch instead of the Caterham branch.
