A scenario for the ATS ECML South

It’s the high summer and this morning you are to take an InterCity225 north to Peterborough with one of the many dated Saturday trains. This set has run overnight from Glasgow by extending the 18:00 from York to the Capital, and after taking a quick trip up to Ferme Park, it’s now due to head back north, before finishing it’s day at Heaton via an extra Edinburgh – Newcastle working later on.
