DESCRIPTION: A warm late-September morning sees you taking charge of 1R62 between Ely and Peterborough on its mammoth journey to the North West. Today’s train is one of EMR’s newly refurbished Class 158s, fresh from overhaul and looking considerably smarter than it did just a few months ago. With the vast Fenland landscape stretching out on either side, enjoy a straightforward and sedate run west towards Peterborough. Year: 2025
