Hi, and thank you for downloading this 95 minute scenario for the Chatham Mail Line Victoria to Dover and Ramsgate route by DTG. This is an update of a scenario originally released in 2024.

To install, simply copy the enclosed ‘Content’ folder to your Railworks folder. This is a ‘Standard’ scenario, and is named “[MJC] 1M79 1344 Dover Western Docks – Wolverhampton (Updated)”.

Summary

On a Summer Saturday afternoon, you are in charge of this seasonal Intercity Cross Country working from Dover heading back to the Midlands. Another driver has brought the train from Dover Western Docks and you are now in charge through to Kensington Olympia.

 Once underway you will call at Canterbury East, Faversham, Chatham, Bromley South, then the sceanrio will end in the Wandsworth Road area.

 Maximum speed is 95mph. You begin in NRN area 090, and change to 039 at Fawkenham Jn, just before Swanley – a marker is placed on the HUD.

47850 has been allocated to this out-and-back working from Wolverhampton which runs via the WCML in both directions. The opening of the Channel Tunnel means that these Cross Country workings for Continental connections are to finish at the end of this Summer’s timetable. Year: 1994
