Requirements marked with an asterix (*) have their own requirements, and are also required for this scenario to run properly.
Requirements in bold are essential for the scenario to work.
This scenario follows where real driver changes happened, it is not cut short.
Please read the read me provided OR press F1 for your brief.
Change 1: 19/01/25 Read-me added.
Change 2: 20/01/25 1B63 changed to static (as when testing today, it went off path)
Change 3: 28/01/25 Removed the Dellner Patch 92 and added the Class 92 Enhancement Pack, don’t worry, there is still an option to use the Dellner Patch instead.
why are you using the dellner patch for the 92
use the AP sp
Not all people have the AP sound pack version, so I used the dellner one instead, but you can use the AP SP one if you want to, just go in the scenario creator and delete the 92 placed at doncaster and replace it with your own.
Lovely drive, Thank you.
Thank you!
bro the caledonian sleeper does NOT go on the ECML 💀
They do during engineering works on the West Coast
https://flic.kr/p/2pU1Nxp
oh alright sorry didnt know
It did on this service because I actually went on it, there were engineering works on the WCML, thus, the train went via the ECML, then went off via Camden Road and Primrose Hill, and then went into Wembley Receptions, where the loco switched ends. We basically went from the ECML, London Overground, headed north for a bit on the WCML, then went into Wembley Receptions where the loco swapped ends.
Definitely someone trolling.
i am not trolling
“Please read the READ ME for your brief.”
I would do – if you’d included one.
sorry I put the wrong file on, should be changed now.
Good morning Driver! Today, there are engineering works along the West Coast Mainline so this Caledonian Sleeper is going via the East Coast Mainline, and then switching over near Wembley (I actually rode this service myself). Additionally, commencing the night of Tuesday 7 January and running through until the morning of Tuesday 11 February (inclusive), Caledonian Sleeper will only split the Northbound Highlander into two portions at Edinburgh. One portion will always go forward to Inverness, however the other portion will alternate each day with its destination. Thus, tonight, this service has come from Aberdeen & Inverness, and is only formed of 14 coaches, rather than the usual 16. After taking this service from a driver that took it from Newacastle, you’ll be taking the train into North London, and making an unadvertised stop at Finsbury Park where you will change drivers. Passengers will start waking up at around 07:00, so drive carefully when they are eating breakfast!
Also, the Inverness portion was delayed, and was stopped for 76 minutes just outside of Inverness, so the previous drivers have been putting their foot down! You are now only 17 minutes late, and you should reel back to only 7 minutes by the time you are at Finsbury Park. This train should arrive into London Euston two minutes early.
Doncaster Departure Time: 05:15
Finsbury Park Arrival Time: 07:16:30
