DESCRIPTION: A thick spring mist clings to the Solent as you take charge of 1G22, the 07:45 Portsmouth Harbour to London Waterloo, working as far as Guildford. As it’s an early April morning, there is damp rails and low visibility, so stay alert, especially through wooded sections and curves where adhesion may be patchy and signals can appear late in the murk. Year: 2012
