DESCRIPTION: It’s a sweltering June afternoon in 2018, and you’re in charge of 1D48, from St. Pancras International to Nottingham as far as Bedford. Following last week’s landslip near Corby, an EMT HST set remains unavailable, leading to a short-term hire from LNER, in the form of old stalwart NL65, to keep the service running. Year: 2018
