Tweaked the offending Thameslink service to start off 30 seconds earlier and everything ran through perfectly after that. 🙂
Running great until with St.Pancras in sight, a class 700 (9P60) on the left side Thameslink lines was stopped,then the following service appeared and ran into the back of it,so all over in sight of the buffers.
