1B37 18:14 London Euston to Northampton (1990) – The Last Cobbler
27th October 2024With sufficient 321s having been introduced on the Network SouthEast services between Euston and Northampton, 11th May 1990 marked the last day of the ‘Northampton Cobbler’ operations with Mk1s and 86s.
You’re in charge of the last ever working with 86 401 ‘Northampton Town’ and a full rake of Mk1s. This service is only scheduled to call at Milton Keynes Central, Wolverton and Northampton, so you should expect a nice fast run for most of the journey!

I’m still getting scenario errors. 5B29 Unknown/Invalid Consist, 2B58 same, and also 1A60 Unknown error! Any idea?
Hi James, sorry to hear this. Seems to have worked fine for others so all I can suggest is make sure you have all the requirements and the latest versions of all packs.
Trying to run this scenario but I’m missing a bunch of Class 86 consists – despite having the AP Class 86 installed? APEP 86 ICM1 2 for example. Any idea why?
Do you have the latest version of the AP 86 EP installed?

What a stunner this looks to be. I remember a video that I had which said “this loco was specially repainted to run this service – but it very rarely did” – thanks for creating this, will give this one a run.
