1A53 – Through The Storm

Hello Driver, you are at the controls of Train 1A53, taking the 1653 South West Trains Service to Alton. Can you remain on time and and stop at all stations, despite the threat of heavy rain, thunder and lightning?

[YBZG] PDL (Updated) [V1.4] (ATS)
Armstrong Powerhouse Class 455 Enhancement Pack Vol. 1
Armstrong Powerhouse Class 411
Armstrong Powerhouse Sky and Weather Enhancement Pack v2.0
Armstrong Powerhouse Signal Enhancement Pack

To install, unzip to a temporary location and then run the installer to install the scenario. Load up Train Sim Classic and head to Drive > Standard Scenarios > [YBZG] PDL (Updated) [V1.4], click (AB) 1A53 – Through The Storm and hit start.

    Nice scenario with interesting signals and not too much AI which is good for stability!
    However the weather changes very abruptly, this is because you are triggering, with a Pass marker, a pattern that is meant to be triggered at the very beginning.
    What you could do instead is set the standard pattern to Fair Cloud, and trigger APFairCloudHeavyRainShowersThundery with an APSWEP marker (adjusting the frequency with ;MaxGap and/or the start/end time with ;Start/;End)
