Have purchased OHLE when subscribed to ATS. When trying to instal OHLE it fails with invalid login or purchase ID. I am logged into ATS as a registered user and I have copied & pasted the password code from my account into instaler.
Help Please
15th August 2019 at 13:34 #378545Alan Thomson SimulationKeymasterTo install the OHLE pack please follow the following steps;
– Fill in your user ID you use on the ATS site
– Enter your password – if you log in with google or Facebook you will need to set a password for your account. This can be done by going to “My Account” on the main site.
– Enter the location of your Railworks install. This is usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks but depending on how you have installed Train Simulator it may be different.
– Enter your PAYMENT ID – this IS NOT the License Key. You can find your payment ID either on the purchase receipt which will have been emailed to you or in your account, under Payment History. This is a 6 digit number.The installer will automatically install the pack and can take up to 15 minutes on slower machines. At times the installer may appear to be unresponsive but please allow it to complete.
