Like the title says, since “upgrading” to version 3, I cannot load any scenario. It tries for about 30 seconds then crashes to desktop with an out of memory error. Anyone got any ideas?

26th December 2020 at 16:31 #1628553Marc CadmoreParticipantThanks for the reply, hope something gets done soon.
29th December 2020 at 14:55 #1640294jj377417ParticipantIt probably isn’t OOM, but TS has recently gained a reputation for it’s poor error reporting.

I got extreme with my copy and deleted all the tiles West of Runcorn (destroyed Liverpool) to try and lighten the load, and it did help. But then I started getting more memory issues again.

Thanks
4th January 2021 at 17:05 #1669639Alan Thomson SimulationKeymasterHello,
We have been able to identify that some people are experiencing issues with the Major Wales 390 pack. It seems to be linked to the soundset not being updated to the latest from Armstrong Powerhouse.
The fix is to download the very latest Class 390 add-on sound pack from Armstrong Powerhouse and install that. Clear the cache in Train Simulator afterwards.
I hope this helps
4th January 2021 at 18:55 #1670092Marc CadmoreParticipantI tried, still no luck. Give me a clue which folders to delete?
17th January 2021 at 17:06 #1723009XinoTroNParticipantI can’t download the Missing Link V3, as I’m not subscibed anymore. Do I really have to resubscribe to get the update?
