So I downloaded the re-skin for the class 325 which makes it red and adds the Royal Mail logo from this site but can’t figure how to install it. I placed the folder for the re-skin in the folder for the 325 along the default liver in train sim yet didn’t see any changes. Also I tried replacing the folder with the default livery with the new one but that caused the train to not show up in the sim.

So can anyone tell me how I can install this and get it to show up in the sim?

    Thanks

You will probably have to copy over the .GeoPcDx files, which are the files that essentially tell TS the shape of the unit and what is there. There are loads of YouTube tutorials on the subject.

Thanks that did the trick and now I can drive the new re-skin in the sim. the only problem now is that I seem to be missing the AP enhancements for this train. There were three geopcdx files in the root folder which I copied over into the new livery did do it right or am I missing something.

Excellent! I’m sorry, but I don’t know a lot about AP packs and reskins, but maybe re-installing the enhancements for the 325 will help.

Ok so I did try re-installing the enhancements for the 325 but that didn’t work. The only other thing I could think of is to delete the train from the scenario and try re-adding it now that I have installed the enhancements again.

OK – that may work, but be careful and make sure that you don’t delete something you can’t get back!

I can’t help very much with AP EPs, sorry.
