Bob,the Class 40 is available from Steam and is currently in their sale wich ends on 27th. The website ‘Railright’ also mentions this class of locomotive.
The carriages which you are looking for are all on the AP website or similar maybe in your Kuju folder which you will find in the Assets folder.
Fraid I can’t help you with the Class 390.
I don’t know how big your library is but if you have TS Tools installed (it’s free)
then you can swop locos around at will.
