It’s just so people know that it’s needed, that’s why its down as a requirement, makes it easier for people downloading to know what they need to run the scenario.
As far I’m aware it should have installed the 802 when installing the route, however for some reason, which the devs might know, it wasn’t included and had to be installed separately- hence why running the .bat file works.
At least it’s working now.
