(Patch) 1972TS Darker cab environment
6th September 2020I have edited the ambient occlusion for the 1972TS cab, which in translation means it is a lot darker looking in places which do not receive direct light. This includes under cab desks, ceilings and other places. Removing that ‘cab light always on’ feeling as well as that ‘too bright’ look.
NOTE: This modification adds an unintentional ‘glossy’ effect to surfaces however this isn’t too distracting to the overall cab environment.
Place the PAK file in your DLC folder which is located at: …steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC
Nice but could you make a mod making the cab brighter? Been on numerous cab rides on the Bakerloo Line & the cab isn’t that dark in reality, you can see the glare from the electronics on the panels & windscreen, you can see the outline of your hands & the controls etc, cheers!
