Summary
On Saturday 6th August 2014, Pathfinder Tours ran this excursion that was to traverse the recently-opened Bacon Factory Curve near Ipswich. Drive the outwards leg of the tour between Bournemouth and Southampton.

Scenario run-through
This scenario should last around 50 minutes. Picking up the run at Bournemouth, prepare to depart at 0617. You are booked to call at Brockenhurst, where a CrossCountry service will overtake, and Southampton Central. There you will be relieved by a fellow-Eastleigh driver. Your maximum speed is 75mph. This excursion offered enthusiasts the chance to travel over the recently opened Bacon Factory Curve near Ipswich. For those not so-inclined, visits to the Imperial War Museum – Duxford, or Sandringham House, were available.
