1R62 05:50 Norwich To Liverpool Lime Street5th November 2019
This scenario will take approximately 52 minutes to complete.
On a wet autumnal Monday morning you will be taking control of 1R62, the 05:50 East Midlands Trains service from Norwich to Liverpool Lime Street.
In this scenario you will commence the journey at Manchester Piccadilly, from where you will continue the express journey, calling at Manchester Oxford Road, Warrington Central, Widnes, and Liverpool South Parkway, before finally terminating at Liverpool Lime Street.
It’s a typically busy journey on the lines, though you shouldn’t experience any significant disruptions, just beware of throttle and brake usage as the combination of wet weather and fresh leaf fall on the tracks have made them very slippery so traction is at a premium
This run has been based on accurate train times verified against Realtime Trains.
Stock used as AI has been done on guesswork based on the Classes of units specified on Realtime Trains, in some instances liveries used may not be entirely accurate, and for the Merseyrail Metro link, due to there currently being no current relevant reskins for Merseyrail and to reduce DLC requirements Class 319’s have been substituted for 507/508’s.
