Really enjoyed doing this trio of scenarios. I don’t know if it’s a problem at my end, but the FPS on part 1 were down to 14 or 15 all the way (maybe it’s the new DTG 390 being used as AI) and in part 2 the points didn’t route me from Rugby down slow to down fast, nor towards Stafford at the Colwich Junction, nor platform 3 at Stafford. I changed the points myself en route luckily so managed to get to Stafford (5 minutes late!). Part 3 ran without a hitch though. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it. I think the 14fps seems to be the norm on that route, although mine runs fine now after upgrading to 64gb Ram and an SSD.
Not sure about your routing issues as I wouldn’t upload if it didn’t run fine for me. TS does seem to have a mind of its own sometimes!
Thank you for the reply. I don’t usually get low FPS on the WCML South, the only time I do is when the AI includes the DTG 390. I do have a fancy m.2 Samsung SSD thingy which improves things immensely, although only a lowly 16 GB RAM. I’ll use RW Tools and swap the DTG 390 for the RSC 390 Horgy special and see if that improves matters. I’ll also redownload the second part as my skills with the TS scenario editor are close to zero.
Absolutely the correct thing to do, there is no place for DTG 390’s as AI and 17 of them is just ridiculous. It’s well known that they make a big impact on frame rates.
I’m afraid this scenario as it stands gets a thumbs down from me 🙁 (and that’s a first)
